Montague Hills Dentistry New Protocol and Welcome Back

 

JUNE ANNOUNCEMENT
 
Dear Patients,
 
We hope this letter finds you and your loved ones in good health. You, your family and our Staff have always been our top priority, and we assure you that we have taken steps to ensure that your future visits to our office are safe, while maintaining the highest quality treatment.
 
To ensure the safety of our patients, we have implemented and added a few changes to our already stringent infection control protocol:
 
o We have installed Dyson air purifiers throughout the office to help filter for aerosols. All operatory rooms have now ISOLITE (to help with the suction of air particles during intense procedures/surgeries)
o Treatment and common areas will be disinfected after every patient (we use CAVICIDE brand). ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT disinfection on all the operatory rooms and PPE equipment will start daily, one hour after the last patient is seen.
o Anyone who enters the office will be asked to wear face masks throughout the appointment, with patients removing it when asked to do so.
o All patients will sign an Appointment Health Screening Form prior to being admitted in the operatory rooms.
o Anyone who enters the office will have a contactless temperature check taken.
o All staff and doctors will have their temperatures taken daily.
o Hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the office.
o We have installed splash guards on our front desks to separate patients from our staff.
o Our waiting room is temporarily closed. We will no longer offer magazines or refreshments.
o Mobile/Curbside Check-In will be required for patients arriving earlier to their appointments. Please stay in your car or wait outside the office if you come earlier.
o Patients with an appointment are permitted into the office. One guardian is acceptable for our young patient.
 
Please be on the lookout for your next appointment. To help alleviate the backlog of missed appointments, we will be seeing fewer patients in a day but working more days per month. We are trying our best to accommodate everyone at this time. PLEASE DON’T BE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT OR DO NOT CANCEL AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE SINCE WHEN DOING SO YOU ARE TAKING THE SPOT OF ANOTHER PATIENT. If you have any questions, please email us at INFO@MHDCELIS.COM, avoid calling the office and leaving long messages. But if you need to reach us, please call 408-262-9999. We will get to everyone as fast as we can. Thank you for all your support. On weekends or after office hours here are the mobile numbers of both doctors in case of Urgency. Dr Oscar at 408-316-6868 (South bay) and Dr. Alejandro (North bay) at 415-264-0838. Please TEXT them first.
 
While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to provide with high-quality dental care based on trust, patient-centered service and commitment to excellence for keeping you healthy, comfortable  and well informed. NO NEED TO BRING YOUR SECURITY BLANKET! WE GOT YOU COVERED !. and finally, thank you for being our patient. We value your trust, friendship and loyalty and look forward to welcoming all of you back.
 
In June we will back to our usually office hours: Tue, Wed, Thur and Fri from 10am-7pm and Saturday 9am-4pm
(Closing one Saturday per month to enjoy Summer with the family)
